It is to show that the author emphasizes on the very nature of starting a project, something which covered on any other Project Management books, only in this book the author decides to formally put the questions on the beginning of every topic. This will help the readers with not much time in their hand to quickly address the points rather than to read the entire chapter/topic and try to make the conclusion themselves.

The readers can regard the ePMbook as a guideline or a checklist. The author's 26 years of experience with Project Management has brought us a clear and concise reading, well categorized and well formatted.
